The best parameters to shear your DNA 150bp to 1kb are a few clicks away. These optimal settings have been validated by our team and can guide you with your DNA shearing experiments. Diagenode recommends that the concentration of DNA should not exceed 50ng/ul for best shearing reproducibility.
